Chasing lighted juglines and fishing with lighted floats at night is the best way to fish when it is this hot. They taste so much better when going straight from the water to the cleaning table, to the fryer, to the table.







And this new to me boat came home with me. A 73 Duracraft tank of a boat.

I have been asked by my new father in law to provide a fish fry as a little lagniappe for a catered wedding party at the lake house in a couple weeks, so back I go soon. It might take more than a dozen lines and more than one night or more than one trip this time. Going to be fun. I am on a mission.
