In this internet age what magazines are still printed that are worth subscribing to? Upland, Pointing Dog, Gun Dog related. Does not have to be entirely upland and can include some waterfowl. Not just for well written stores, but also covering different birds and hunting in different states. Also that keeps up with current regulation changes season date changes would be nice. It seems like the last magazines I subscribed to long ago had been overcome with stories that were more like infomercials and seasonally recycled articles. If y'all subscribe to any you still enjoy, please share.

Copy Rust bucket plus the two duck organizations and The Retriever Journal only because they feature E. Don Thomas who was kicked off DU for bad mouthing one of their biggest doners really like his writing
He writes about both upland and waterfowl.

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

Here too, plus Gundog and Ducks Unlimited. Pointing Dog and Gun Dog since around 2001.
