Perfect! I think that would be my M-W-F breakfast, the other days I'm subbing grits instead of potatoes. Guys gotta maintain his girlish figure.

Call me crazy but I rarely put butter on anything except lightly on grits and maybe a few other things..

When I finished there was some beautiful Yellow yolk still on the plate, I had nothing to mop it up with.
Since the wife was gone I started to lick the plate, because of the whiskers on my chin, I decided a slice of bread would be the best way to get it, instead of wearing it.



Love me some grits with runny egg yolk mixed in with them! Need to drop about 20lbs before I go to the beach, do not want to get harpooned in the water

Well, now I am ravenous.

It`s a beautiful thing.

Round 2 did not go as planned but it still hit the spot.

Wife does are grocery shopping every Saturday and always ask me what I want. This week I said Owens spicy breakfast sausage so I can have it for breakfast this am.
Open the fridge and no sausage but a big pack of bacon, looked in the freezer and there is my sausage so sausage is a No Go, now on to plan B.

Had some leftover taco meat and hash browns so decided what they hay, lets do this thing. Turned out pretty tasty.

Never hurts to have plenty of bacon on hand.
