I bought online a single shot Martini Cadet rifle as a project, listed as 221 Fireball caliber. When I received the rifle the text on the barrel says “221 Fireball Rimmed”. Come to find out the 221 Rimmed cartridge is made from 357 Maximum brass. That's a long way to neck down brass but I'm going to try it. I have some leftover brass from when I shot 357 Max out of a Contender.

That will take a few steps down but doable. I still shoot my 357 Max Ruger sold the Contender several years ago.
