That video did not show squat except that woman harassing the police officers to the point where they decided to arrest her!
There is a slight blur at first with her saying no, no, no, it does not show the police officer manhandling her or her possibly engaging or fighting the officer first.
I am all for camera's and transparency, if the cop abused her then he should face the consequences.

Problem is there is not one frame in that video that allows any rational person to come to a conclusion of what actually transpired nada, nothing that would incriminate either one of them!

You're right about lack of incriminating visual, but audio tells you more. Female officer states she's bleeding and a few seconds later you hear the woman snoring possibly out cold. I'm sure there is more video to come. Glad she was arrested.

If the cop was in the wrong, I would think charges against her would of been dropped. I can see her getting and attorney and beating the charges, but I don't see it going any farther than that.

Make more sense now, News reported police was investigating a Hit and Run, The lady thought they were towing cars.

Police didn't tell her it was a crime scene and just arrested her, I guess it comes down to what the policy for them are

I know police will threaten to arrest you if you don't show ID when you don't have to like if you are filming on public sidewalk, So how was this old goofy lady supposed to know it was a crime scene? And not just a fake threat from the police?

I highly doubt there is any body cam evidence or it would of already been put out

I think she will have to go to court and judge will throw out the case or the DA will drop charges later when this issue has died down

I watch him on Youtube started a few years ago, he wasn't anti police. He did educate quite a bit of them, he seems pretty respectful to me.

There could be a case for civil rights violations of the 1st and 4th amendments, Those would be filed in Federal court. Most likely the attorney would work off a contingency fee.

If there is a possible case for civil rights violations, then the local government/prosecutor is really going to want at least one of those charges to stick in court. That generally ruins a civil rights violation case.

But we still only have a few facts. The complete outcome will be interesting but it could just fade away.

Cops worst enemy is not we the people, it's bad cops.

If people don't like 1st amendment auditors then support your legislative branch to make doing so illegal so they can be arrested, fined and jailed. Make contempt of a police officer or government law enforcement official a crime.
