June 5th was a sad day by the fact we lost Melvin Forbes who was one of the icons of the firearms industry and the originator of ultralight hunting rifles. He was a very special man and will be missed by a lot of people in the firearms world.

Prayers up for his Family and Friends.
His ultra light rifles were some of the best walking hunters and high country rifles made. Only shot one but it was very nice rifle for its purpose.
