I don’t have one, still relying on manual grease guns, which mostly work fine, but occasionally require some effort. Are the battery ones really worth having? And, since I have a bunch of Ryobi batteries, is a Ryobi worthwhile?

I’ve got a Milwaukee and love it Yup Same as all my other Milwaukee FUEL tools. Use them every day. And the grease gun got grease in a zirk on my skid steer I never could get grease in by a hand pump. Put it in low gear and let it eat!

I bought one of the ryobi and use the heck out of it, 2 tractors, backhoe, 4 sxs and various pcs of equipment. have bought a bit of their 18v one stuff and am surprised at how well all of it has worked. unless you plan on professional arm rasslin, getcha one! https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-18V-Cordless-Grease-Gun-Tool-Only-P3410/308848395

Yes. I have the DeWalt and if you have several pieces of equipment to maintain it makes short work of it. It blows out a plugged up zerk much easier than a regular grease gun.

If you ever have to remove and replace a track on a skid steer, you'll own one.
About one full tube of grease goes inside the piston that holds the track tight.
I bought the electric grease gun the day I bought a new set of tracks. Always pays to take the advice of those that have experience in something you do not.

I use Ryobi 18v since about 2000 and all the original tools will work fine with the new 18v batteries. That keeps me coming back to Ryobi

I think it mostly depends on whose battery ecosystem you are tied to. I have DeWalt so that’s the grease gun I bought. 42 grease zerks on my Kubota with FEL and it makes short work of that job.

A friend has one and they work great. I bought a pneumatic, much cheaper and it works great too. Ya got to have air with the pneumatic, which I have 3 compressors.

I work on cars and trucks and no tractors so I hardly have a use for mine any longer. No fittings on most anything any more.
Pass the gravy.

I have the Milwaukee grease gun, it works great.
I bought several different brands and return them all and went with Milwaukee for all my cordless tools.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

I can’t give an opinion on the Ryobi’s but we’ve used Dewalts in the past and they seem to be hard to prime at times so we went to using Milwaukees and their a lot better at priming and pretty much bullet proof. We have around 30 in use and I’ve never had a complaint about them so I’d personally recommend these. Whatever you go with buy a Lock N Lube for the end of it and they’ll be much easier to use.

No one has covered this brand yet, it took forever to prime the Makita 18v grease gun.

If you have something like a skid loader with a gazillion grease zerks, they are worth their weight in gold.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

I've got two manual grease guns. The new one from Harbor Freight worked well and primed easy. The 50-yr old one is always a #($*tch to prime. Since I'm already into DeWalt for a small fortune, if I get a battery it will likely be yellow/black. Glad to hear about the LockNLube, Thumper. I've seen them advertised but it seemed a little hokie.

I thought they seemed sketchy as well at first but you won’t catch me without one on my grease gun.

I have one. I’ll save it for the semi-auto grease gun (real grease, not an M3).
