Garmin sport dog pro or pro 550. If GPS needed pro 550 + for ease of operation.

Can’t go wrong with a 550 or 550 plus for gps. 550 comes up instantly. 550 plus you wait on gps to find satellites. with Garmin you can easily get credit on an upgrade or for a broken device. Both are easy to use. Test it in yourself. Use as low a level as possible.Primary purpose is a way to communicate with dog rather than punish it.This is what almost all upland trainers use. Many gundog venders give credit on upgrades.

I use the garmin Sport dog pro around the house, and as a flank collar in the field. It also has tone and vibrate.

A lot of pros are going back to the Sport Dog 2525

I like the Dogtra 1900s for a one dog guy…

The Garmin Sport is a good option as well

I have the sport dog pro and the 550 plus.

The sport dog pro is great for everyday use and training in the neighborhood, etc. It is all you need unless you want GPS. It has a much smaller collar and remote profile too. After one trip to Kansas I decided I needed GPS capability and I now use the 550 Plus mainly for hunting trips.
