I have a 500 and 800 yd range at my hunting camp in East TX. The problem is, it's 2.25 hours from my house in Melissa. I generally reload ammo at home and drive to ET for testing. I want to reload at the range for testing so I bought a tool stand from Harbor Freight to mount my press to. It was $33 and I put a 1" thick piece of plywood on it. It's setup so that I can quickly unbolt the press from my bench at home and bolt to the portable stand. It's rock solid on the down stroke, I can add cinder blocks for weight to help stabilize the upstroke. It turned out better than expected.

I thought I would share this for anyone looking for an inexpensive reloading stand.

Portable setups are good to have. I used one numerous times from a Blacken Decker workmate for the portable table. Worked quite well.

I used a Lee Hand press for seating bullets at the property doing load development.

Your setup looks good, when I was using the workmate for a temp bench it would want to kick up the offside on some steps so I put a couple 25lbs lead shot on the other side so it would be more stable. Just thought of that, adding weight to the base made it more stable.

I bought one of these years ago when I was staying in a camper on a lease to hunt.

It may or may not suit a guy's purposes depending on whether and how you want to store it. I found it to be very stable, and it can be folded to put away. Height is adjustable also.

I don't need it anymore so I gave it to my nephew.

I don't recall where I originally purchased it, but Amazon has it.

If you don't car to buy from Amazon (and I GET THAT), it may be available elsewhere.
