We have one Scimitar Horned Oryx hunt available near Carmine, Texas. These are around 7-years old and have been here since their first year. There's a handful of SHO, but we're only taking one and will be hunter's choice. There are a couple males and females but they are all in the mid-high 30-inch range. This is not a commercial hunting ranch but a private reserve with some exotics for our personal enjoyment. High fenced, the Scimitar are on less than 100 acres. There is a mix of high grass, brush and trees with open pasture. This is semi DIY. We will show you the property and give you an idea of strategies that will work. There is an elevated blind and two ground blinds if you want to take that approach, or you may spot-and-stalk. We will help get the animals to a cleaning area with a tractor or truck. There's running water and tools to get it skinned, quartered, etc. No food, no lodging, non-guided. If you want a full- blown hunting adventure this is not for you. If you want to collect a nice trophy for taxidermy and/or good healthy meat in a one-day trip close to Houston, Austin or Dallas and East Texas or the Gulf Coast with a 100% success rate this may be interesting to you. A bow or muzzleloader hunt is okay and can be done with the blinds or if you are a bit longer range archery hunter. Rifle, appropriate handgun should be no problem in blind or stalk situation. $3250 total with a $250 deposit to reserve your spot. Balance upon arrival. You may bring a non-hunting guest at no additional cost to observe, help or take photos. We can recommend some meat processors along your route or a taxidermist if necessary. Caping and skinning is available for a cost you work out with that taxidermist who will come out and take care of that so you can easily transport it to your own taxidermist. Weekends are best but some weekdays can be done with ample notice. Some LMB fishing in a 2-acre pond if you have interest and time permits - catch and release please. It is getting hot and I don't want to make trips to the property as frequently as I have. I can do $2850 for a Scimitar Horned Oryx. These are all well into the high 30's or bigger. I'm only selling one.

If I knew for sure that my taxidermy from Africa would be here before September, I would jump on this.

Have 4 broken horn oryx in Jacksboro for $2000 each. These are all males. One day guided hunt. Full grown bulls with one full horn and one partial horn.

a good taxi can make a horn from a mold of the good horn.

No pieces, but can refer to a taxidermist that molds. I don't have any broken horns left at the moment, just one big one as in the first post is available.
