How does that stack up with the Sig Tango MSR? Just about the same price and with a mount as well. Been looking for a cheaper LVPO to throw on my 300 BLK somewhere down the line.

How does that stack up with the Sig Tango MSR? Just about the same price and with a mount as well. Been looking for a cheaper LVPO to throw on my 300 BLK somewhere down the line. The sig and strike eagle are supposed to be comparable. They both come with made in china mounts. This just gives you 8x which to me gives the advantage to the vortex. I haven’t looked through the sig but the vortex was decent in the store. The Burris RT6 is supposed to be the best in the $300 price range but without a mount you are looking a good bit more that the other two listed.

Yeah I have the RT6 on my 5.56 AR, it's great. I got in from Bass Pro a few years ago when had a deal where they threw in a free PEPR mount. It's good to have some options and competition in this price range.

I just replaced it on my 300 ham'r. I mainly use that gun for hog and yote hunting. Animals disappear when they walk into a shadow. Just not enough contrast for low light conditions.

Has anyone purchased the Primary Arms 6x24 gen 4 on sale for 339.00 -- what is your opion
I was advised that the cantilever mount is not recommended for the Strike Eagle ??
