Wow. Just WOW!

After a sedentary year recovering from long Covid, I (at 79 years old) ended up with severe balance/equilibrium problems. I walked like a drunk, always with a feeling I was about to fall.

Last week I began a program of 10 exercises to improve balance. The routine takes me about a half hour after breakfast each morning. After only one week I've had an extraordinary improvement. I think I'll be dedicating a half-hour each day to this exercise for the rest of my life.

If you're having balance problems, I strongly recommend you give this program a try. See it on YouTube.

Interesting. My wife had equilibrium/vertigo problems caused by something that I have never heard of, crystals. She did a thing called the Epley Maneuver, it straightened her out pretty quick.

True and same here but the maneuver is not permanent in many cases.

Pass the gravy.
