Ever notice weird Chit that does not make sense or defies logic? This could get interesting or humorous. For example; Yesterday while we were playing golf I noticed the creeks water was flowing kind of north east? So I checked it out this morning and strangely enough it does, starts off flowing due north then flows north east into the Trinity river. As Bo Pilgrim would say: "It's a mind boggling thing". Spillway you can see the water flowing over the spillway and splashing into the standing water below, it is pretty much heading due north there. Where the spillway is located on the golf course. Red circle on the bottom left is where the creek (Coombs Creek) starts, top right circle is where it feeds into the Trinity river.

About all I know about water is it flows downhill, seeks its own level and, evidently, rarely falls from the sky in NE Lasalle county.....

The city of New Orleans is on the east side of the Mississippi River. But if you're standing downtown or in the French Quarter, the west bank of the river is to your east.

Not that unusual for a creek or river to flow north.

Fairly common around Abilene, several dams are on the N/NE end of the lake. Watersheds are to the south

The creek on my ranch flows North to lower elevation before it spills into the lake and then flows South.

I have 2 creeks on our lease and they both run almost due North (Northern Erath County). There`s a hill about 1 mile north of my house and all the water runs North on the other side of it for about 20 miles where it eventually runs into the Brazos and then turns back to the south. 2nd lease in the same area I`ve been on with creeks running North. I noticed it back in 2004 and though WTF.

Is two dogs F-ing an indian name? 1983 Movie Silkwood Indian joke. I do not know how to hide content, so you will have to Youtube " Silkwood (1983) - joke about Indian Chief" and watch it.
