Great big meaty beef ribs, lots of rub and then finished on the grill. The poor little MegaMaster RV grill is feeling neglected, since we came home from Lake Havasu!! We really enjoy the Camp Chef. Kids gave it to me years ago and love it when I do big batches of dirty eggs, with meat and potatoes
