Been wanting to try doing seafood on the pellet grill so yesterday I picked up some lobster tails, shrimp , snow crab clusters, snow crab claw s , mushrooms, corn, potatoes, jalapeño sausage, and som red snapper fillets, seasoned everything with butter, lemon, Creole and Cajun seasonings, sea salt, and garlic in a big aluminum tray and placed on the grill @300* then seasoned the snapper fillets the same and placed them skin down right on the grill for about 30-40 minutes and removed and served! I got to say this really turned out fantastic if I do say so myself lol . Give it a try
