Absolutely positively. When hurricane Rita hit Houston back in...what, 2005? They basically tried to evacuate Houston and it was as much a disaster as the hurricane itself. Here in the DFW area it became difficult to find gasoline for a day or two, and that was while I-35 and I-45 were parking lots. A little voice told me "in case of widespread panic and disaster, you ain't goin' nowhere, Son."
