Did not realize until recently that Ed Ames's family --actual last name Urick -- was from Ukraine. Sly Stallone, Leonardo DiCaprio and Dustin Hoffman also have Ukrainian roots. Ames was in his second season as Mingo on "Daniel Boone" when he made the famous tomahawk toss on Carson.

My son did one of those DNA test, said he had some Sri Lankan in him. Told him it was possible, our fore fathers would mount anything back in the day. He may qualify for reparations if he looks deep enough.
