My take is the diversity hiring over qualified hiring is the root cause

I'm thinking these failures are due to sabotage, and the news stories about the whistle blowers fabrications. I've seen the story of the mysterious "suicide" twice now, and the accompanying photos---presumably of the victim were different men.
Why would this be happening? I don't know, but maybe they want to crash the value of Boeing to buy it all up. Who's "they?" I have no idea. Why? I suspect it's about money and control. Boeing IS involved with defense work.
I don't know where the smell's coming from, but I think I smell a rat.
