I bought a suppressor 10 years ago from SilencerCo. Last Friday I noticed expansion on the can, then complete failure the next shot. I called and spoke to a educated well spoken employee who immediatly gave me a return number. Today they recieved my suppressor via FedEx and sent a new one to be recieved by me on Friday. The original suppressor was way out of warranty and had approximately 10,000 rounds through it. I am thrilled and in shock

Yep, their service is fantastic. I had one of their QD mounts fail which I only realized after I potato gunned my Omega out in the field in the dark. Luckily, I realized it on the next shot when I saw a muzzle flash and I marked where I was in my thermal. Went out the next day, found the suppressor, and called SiCo. Sent it in and had it back in less than a week with a brand new version of their QD mount on it (and no more baffle strike evidence)

With the DeadAir debacle going on, other guys are realizing that you must take care of your customers or start to lose a good portion of the market share.

I had a baffle strike on my omega from a qd mount. They took care of the can for me quickly, so I went ahead and bought a harvester evo. Just waiting on it in jail.

Interested in knowing how they're shipping a new one directly back to you? I thought they had to use a new serial, and therefore you had to have a new stamp.

They can replace the insides or ends and keep the same serialized “sleeve”.
They are the best CS in the industry.

The serial number was visable still on the old one. There may be the chance they salvaged the serial number part and replaced the rest. I will find out tomorrow. Thrilled either way, the direct thread fits on all 5 ARs and 7 rifles.

I was all set to get a Harvester Evo whenever they came back in stock, but then they discontinued them. Any word on what they may replace it with?

Did you take pictures of the can before you sent it back? If I understand, you had a complete failure of the suppressor tube?
I am interested to know what you get back.

I am interested to know what you get back. On the tube there was a protrusion the size of my thumb knuckle that popped out, I considered this failure on the tube itself. Garvey thinks it could have happened because of carbon build up over time. I am waiting on Fedex they should be here within the hour.

I've had to send a can in for service w/ them as well. Easier than getting warranty work on my car done. They have top notch customer service.

Please stop with the slick questions about how they fixed/replaced the supressor. I am sure they salvaged whatever serialized part needed to keep it legal. And it really is none of your business.
