Yep, but we like it to come and go , not stay until May. It blows around and makes for a lot more work keeping sets operable. Also limits access by vehicle.
Luckily we had a dusting where we trap and did get a nice roadmap for new sets last week.

Good luck, we're hoping for some bobcat catches this year but so far nothing.
Coyotes are still messing with us right now, lol.

I asked on the gun dog forum but traffic's a little slower there. For those whose dogs ride in the truck bed, how cold is too cold to keep 'em back there? I'm supposed to hunt near Tucumcari Monday and my wife thinks with a low of 4 and a high of 20 it'll be too cold for them. I don't have a dog box. Just a couple of the plastic kennels and some blankets. I think they'll be fine but I also figured it wouldn't hurt to ask the brain trust here.

You can get insulated covers for the plastic crates. They work well.

I have insulated mud river crate cover over mine and the dogs stay in it over night alot, and this is typical weather for me this time of year. Food is energy so feed them well

scheels has them if you are in DFW

Thanks. I'm gonna order one tonight after I measure the crate.
