 Custom metal trim peice

So is there anyone on here that could cut a custom piece of trim for me in the following dimensions? I think it needs to be 10 or 12 gauge steel. Yep - Lewisville. We bought a steel sheet for a tabletop. They cut it to size. Think it was Metal Supemarkets.

Sorry to hear about Hoops closing down. Maybe Fulton's Metal on 377 would know of someone that could do it. They had a good collection of fabricators business cards the last time I went in for R panels.
