Yes. Some folks will do anything for $. I, personally don't buy anything just because of the spokesperson.

Bud sucked before the GayBoy finished them off so they were fast tracked to their current position by the taste of piss water they called beer and I personally don’t think anything can put them back on top short of a man walking on water becoming their spokesperson.

Bud Light is, was and will always be awful beer.

My boycott of bud light didn't require any change to my drinking habits. I'd rather drink water than Bud light.

Bud ignored the cardinal rule of marketing: Always sell what people want to buy. Don’t ever try to get customers to buy what you want to sell. Always do a marketing study to check consumers desires. Not necessarily what they need but what they want. Then, and only then, turn their want into a need.

I would check on the marketing peoples sexual orientation.

Had an out of towner come in to our friends bar and saw it on tap and had a comment, everyone just looked at him and he had 1 beer and left- no one cared.
It's just beer, and no I do not drink it.
Drink what you want to and boycott what you want to, just don't expect everyone to share your views.

The Dylan Mulfreaky scandal was in March/April of this year. Stock tumbled. And is now almost to a 52 week high... basically right back to where it was before the boycott.

I quit drinking Bud Lite about a decade ago, because it just wasn’t good enough for me to spend money on. So, I couldn’t re-quit over the ‘Nancy-Boy’ incident, but now I have at least two reasons to not buy it.

At present, I buy Dos Equis and occasionally Modelo.
