Looking for a lease for a group of 4 Hunters. Preferably 1000 acres. We want to be the only hunters as well. I know most of Young County is locked down with leases already but wanted to post this by chance any leases become available here in the next couple months

Best of luck sir, arguably one of the most in demand counties in TX to hunt given its proximity to metromess and fact that the county has surprisingly nice quality of wildlife. Unfortunately, between significantly rising land value prices and high hunting demand, the land leasing supply is very, very low in Young county. Best of luck in finding your place....

Man I agree with DQ here Anthony. If you want to find deer that are not pressured and will appear in the daylight, I would look hard at going another hour or two in any direction away from population.

I have hunted Young County my entire life without noticing the deer are nocturnal, maybe its your pressure?

Appreciate the advice. I have hunted Young county for many years. Just lost our lease and took a break from leasing for a couple years.
