I'm not big on prime rib roasts, give me a steak! I enjoy a well seasoned and cooked properly Rib Roast. Couple of years ago bought what I thought was a well marbled Choice one from Tom Thumb, looked good on the end, cooked it and it was good, but not as tender as I thought it would be. This brings up a good question. How many of you cook steaks on the stove or use a broiler? I have some friends that do this, but I typically only use a blazing hot egg, sometimes as a reverse sear after smoking

This brings up a good question. How many of you cook steaks on the stove or use a broiler? I have some friends that do this, but I typically only use a blazing hot egg, sometimes as a reverse sear after smoking I prefer cooking outside on my Weber grill, wife was in charge the night they were cooked in the cast iron.

We make quite a bit of roasted broccoli, one of our kids favorite sides.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.
