I have got 2 owners that I want to get nice gifts for this year. I want something unique or practical. Prefer something in hunting, fishing, camping or outdoor category. I’ve done custom knives before. I’d say budget up to $300 range or so for each

Sitka 75 duffel or Kuiu submersible duffel

Practical and every time they use it they can thank you

Unique, build out a go bag/ stop the bleed bag for them. Hunting or everyday

Striped/hybrid/sandies trip on Tawakoni. Falls roughly in your price range and the three of you can go together.

I personally recommend Matt Cartwright

I recall a post similar to this a while back. The OP had done Yetis the year before and was looking for new ideas.

A couple of years ago I got my boss a really nice coffee maker for his office and he uses it every day.

Silver spurs and gold tequila
keep me hanging on.
Pretty girls and old cantinas
give me shelter from the storm.

In general, I found that the best Christmas gifts come from those on performance plans.

What's the difference between a brown nose and kiss-a$$?
Depth perception.

But, I don't care one bit about whatever __________ somebody bought me. The best gift I could receive was somebody who kicked [censored].

In general...^^^^ that's been my approach. There are years where December isn't the zoo this one is stacking up to be where my wife and I (more wife than I but I do try to assist) will put tins of goodies together for the folks I work for or work for me. They seem to go over well...this ain't shaping up to be one of those years.

Yes I report directly to the 2 owners. We are a small GC that does roughly $30MM a year. So yes they own quite a bit of me. My paycheck, kids college, my life etc. lol

The fishing is a good idea but one is already a self described guide. He fishes probably 30 weeks out of the year and has a boat in POC

I don't spend $300 on my wife or kids, let alone my boss.

That could be said by anyone that has a job. Most people buy things with income they recieve from their job.

My world too. Although one of my friends got a red Ferreri from one of his majority investors/owners as a thank you,

Now I feel like I way way way under performed this year, my boss never bought me a thank you car… He did get me a free Monster energy drink last week.
