Can anyone identify these parts? The red thing, there’s a threaded black cap of some kind, and a lever/button thing

M14 ratcheting chamber cleaning brush, M1 Garand winter trigger, M1 Garand blank firing adapter, M1 Garand grease pots. And military bore cleaner.

First picture in the background I think I also see the edge of a M1 Garand/M1 Carbine canvas muzzle cover. Know that there are a tone of reproductions of these complete with makers marks and WWII dates.
