That dude was railroaded. Probably a setup to kill him before he gets a retrial.

Info starts to take traction about evidence being withheld. Minnesota reporter recently blew up the narrative.

I read about a hidden autopsy that could set him free, but the judge won't hear it. Sad

He was just a face to hate during an election year. Dude obviously died from heart disease, fenantyl, meth, weed.
I saw a new video where Floyd was complaining of chest pain before being removed from his car.
That Asian cop didn’t do anything and went to prison.

No reason he shouldn’t have been in protective custody.

He sat there with his knee on saint georgie's neck with a stupid look on his face. But he didn't violate the MPD policy on restraint. That was posted here by a member. The PD and city government turned on him. The lack of support and the de-fund movement has made law enforcement a lot less enticing to many who may have what it takes to be good at it. He may have needed slapping but the four of them got shafted.

No reason he shouldn’t have been in protective custody. Yeah, that worked so well for Epstein.

No reason he shouldn’t have been in protective custody. Yeah, that worked so well for Epstein. I’m sure the government will do a thorough investigation to determine why he’s still breathing.

Why should Chauvin have protective custody? Maybe because every criminal wants to kill him or stab him.

Why should Chauvin have protective custody? Once any person becomes a ward of the Justice Systems incarceration programs the Government whether it be local, state, or federal are responsible for the health and well being of each person. In this case almost all the factors determining protective custody were met. The individual can refuse it but ultimately it is left to the highest authority in each institution. Almost always they err to the safe side because of litigation. He has a very good case if he was never offered. If he has refused the highest authority should have still placed him there until a court order released the authority and the court took responsibility. He will win a suit he goes this way.

Why should Chauvin have protective custody? When the government locks someone up they remove a person's ability to run away from an attack while at the sametime disarming them. Legally the persons safety then become the responsibility of the government.

I think allowing anyone to kill anyone for any reason ok. Under the law all human life has the same value as another so I am simply taking your idea and applying it evenly. Murder is murder although all homicides are not murder.

Exactly where I was going with that question sir.

Stupid? You are the one that is saying that it is OK to murder people. I am simply agreeing with you.
Criminals are still people. They are entitled to equal protection under the law that you and I are. If you are making up categories of people that are OK to murder do you want to throw Jews, Muslims, and maybe Black's into the pot? People who drive the speed limit in the left lane? Telemarketers? Where do you propose to draw a line? Just give me a list of people you think should be murdered. How would you feel if some else decided that you or one of you family members were the ones that should be murdered? Can you even come up with a legal definition of what a hardened criminals is? How about we murder anyone over 75 years of age because they are no longer beneficial to society? We wouldn't even have to directly murder them, we could just say that they are no longer worth spending money on for medical care for the 5 to 20 years that they could still live.
Edit: Heck, we could even murder kids that get bad grades in school so you wouldn't have to pay for their education or potentially their incarceration down the road. The possibilities are endless and if we implement your ideas we can give you credit for getting rid of all of the undesirables in the world. Think of all of the lives that will be saved by the murders you propose.
