Very nice Mauser 22-250, good bluing, nicely figured wood stock, old Weaver K6-C3 scope. Asking $750 OBO. Who built it and what barrel. What is the round count. We need to know this to know what its worth

Sorry, but are not sure as who did the work on the rifle.
My wife's great uncle had it built in the 1950's.
Unknown round count, sorry that I don't have any other information.
