Fresh royal purple oil.
Draining and refilling the lower unit oil with Lucas oil gear oil this week.
New tires last week. (Not the cheap wheel/tire combo) 8 plys from Thomason tire.
Only thing I would do before setting out across the country is new bearings on the trailer.
Put new boards and carpet on it recently.
I just do not use it. All my hunting buddies have bigger boats and we use theirs. Did not use it once last season and 2 times the season prior.

Do not know how many hours are on the motor. Tac broke Shortly after I bought it and I'm not going to pretend I remember how many it had or guess at how many I've put on it.

Best thing about this boat is if you get it stuck you can push it, it’s not so heavy you can’t move it. I had one of those unsinkable PD’s and I’d much rather have this thing. GLWS!
