Had some success this weekend, but it was definitely about more than just killing deer. The 2-year old got some well-warranted mommy time. Meanwhile, I got the 11 year old comfortable driving the truck on the ranch - I didn't have the fear of driving like he seems to, but it is what it is. I am just happy to have a chauffeur AND gate-getter.
