Yesterday had beautiful weather so I built a fire in the pit and smoked a couple of racks of pork ribs. Seasoned post oak for the fire; kosher salt, coarse black pepper and hot Hungarian paprika for the rub. The She-Wolf fixed a pot of jalapeno pinto beans and I fixed a small batch of vinegar-based BBQ sauce to go along.
