My son is stationed in Kodiak, AK again, and he got his first Kodiak Brown Bear. He's a good one. Size of rifle? He'll get the official size tomorrow, but he has measured him at 9'. He used a .300 WSM. One shot put him down, but he put two extra insurance shots in him.
