Other than seeing them when I stop at a gas station on a trip, it’s been 15 years or so since I went to one. They all look dirty. It’s the same as the Dairy Queens around me. the floors are nasty, and the places are dirty. Maybe it’s because the color scheme in the restaurant is that dark brick color with dark grout and that makes the floors look dirty all the time.

Stopped at a BK in Montgomery one evening, ordered a fish sandwich & fries. It was the worst sandwich that I’ve ever had, fish patty was like rubber, one bite was all I could take and the fries well they were crap also…no more BK for me

I don’t see how they stay in business, terrible. The one that closed in Mineral Wells would have 1 or 2 customer cars, while the McDonalds across the street was packed. They opened a new BK in Azle that never seems to have many customers.

I will not support any business that can't just do their job and STFU.

I stopped at the one in town the other day in a rush. If you can't wait in Decatur around lunch time your options are limited. Their new spicy chicken wrap is not bad. I could do without it for the most part.

When my son hunted with me I would stop at the one in Glen Rose because he liked the chicken sandwich. I don't care for BK so have not eaten there in about 8 years. I like real onion rings not faux onion rings.

Was at a BK in New Braunsfels few day’s ago with granddaughter and 2 of her friends from TxSt....they wanted to go in so we did.
That was the most disgustingly filthy place I’ve ever been in. The girls were disgusted and weren’t quite about it.
As we were leaving the manager was telling us to leave while the girls were taking pics and making a video.
I was going to add my opinion before walking out but the girls had it all covered
Very entertaining for an old man I am glad I didn't go inside the last time I was by there. I have noticed that most all of the BKs are dirty (not just my experience with one), and the landscaping could use some attention.

Can’t remember the last time I’ve been to one, maybe 10 years. I was the same way until about a month ago. I needed some food bad and it was right there. Got the whopper with cheese meal and it was very good. Much bigger than I remembered. Had very fresh fixins with actual red tomatoes… substantial. The manager was cleaning the entire time I was in there. It seriously surprised me how clean the place was and how good everything tasted. I told him that when I left.

Our local one is new, it’s unkept and poorly managed. Workers will legit see you walk to the counter and turn away from the counter and go to the kitchen. The food I think is better than most similar places. Had one of their melts a while back and it was a good burger, not even good for fast food, just straight up good. I do t know what they cook on advertised as “flame grilled” but it’s better than the rest to me.

I read an article they are trying to turn it around. Planning on closing 400 this year. Then resell them to better franchisee candidates.
It’s like a couple years ago Popeyes struck gold with their chicken sandwich. But you go to buy one and it takes them 10 minutes to put a piece of chicken on a bun and wrap it up.

A couple years ago, I ate at a BK in Budapest. All signs were in Hungarian, but otherwise it looked just about like one in the US. The cash registers were even manned by seriously bored teenagers. Felt like home except for not being able to understand the signs, though I think I did spot the “have it your way” sign. Same Whopper and fries.

In High School we were building a house in our Building Trades class. There was a BK on the way to the house and we stopped every single day for 2 years. I didn’t think it was bad but I got burnt out on it pretty quick so I pretty much never go there now.
