multiple temporary injunctions against the AFT

but will go back & forth in courts for a while
good wins, but ...
technically still up in air


also technically members of FPC or GOA are protected

we will be waiting on final ruling from higher court &/or Supreme, for a bit

Nationwide injunction was granted yesterday by the Northern District Court of Texas. ATF will appeal it but the appeal with be heard by the 5th Circuit who has already ruled against them.

As of right now, Choctaw is correct. However, as Gat0r pointed out, there will be appeals, so it's up in the air for the future.

Correct. If the 5th Circuit rules in our favor like the lower court already has, then the Biden bunch will appeal it to the SCOTUS. Who knows if they will hear it though.

No matter what the fifth circuit decides, it will be appealed. Essentially, “shall not be infringed” is under attack.,
