Somedays, you just don't feel like cooking a lot. Easy is the word of the day, and you're just as satisfied and still full. Cook the taco meat, wipe out the wok, and fry the cut up tortilla strips. All done!!! smile

Haha. I was out of regular tortillas, so I used my smaller, but thicker street taco ones. They puffed up, where the others just get crispy. They do look like French fries tho don't they?
