We have this casserole (Blanks recipe) every couple weeks. Easy to make, and oh so good!!! Very seldom is there any left over, but if there is, as with any casserole, it’s even better the next day! Will have to try the Cheddar Bay biscuits, we like the red lobster biscuits you can now buy and make at home. As for green beans, have those at (least), once a week.

Haha, not much of a recipe 'cause its so easy. Just about the most versatile combo ever, and can be spiced up with any of your favorite sausage. Cajun Andouille and crushed red pepper makes a great spicy combo
Just 3-4 potatoes peeled and sliced, a ring sausage sliced thin, and a large can of Cream of Mushroom soup. Grease a 9x13 pan, layer in the ingredients and cover with soup. Add another layer and cover with the rest of the soup. Cover and bake for 1-1.5 hours at 350 degrees. We like to uncover for the last 10-15 minutes, to crisp the top.
We buy the Hillshire sausage and large soups when they go on sale. Throw them in the freezer for future use. The soups are really versatile, and can be dressed up in other dishes. Cooking time is based on the thickness of the potatoes. Thinner is better. Don't want them raw and crunchy Slicing the sausage really thin makes it go farther, and you really want a slice on every forkful Work with the wife/family to get the flavor you like. Add in more herbs and spices for variety This is a hearty meal that really lends itself to hot sauces, and hunting camps. Great Dutch oven meal when camping

Just regular old Bisquick biscuits, but add in some grated sharp cheddar cheese to give flavor and color. You can drop on a cookie sheet, or make smaller ones in a muffin tin, like I did, to make a few more of them. 400 degrees for about 8-12 minutes. Top with the butter mixture when taken out of the oven and still hot.
2 cups Original Bisquick mix ¾ cup milk ¼ cup butter, melted ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
⅓ cup butter, melted ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon parsley flakes
Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
