Take a pic of bolt pattern on wheels, 5200 lb are 6 bolts. pic of tire tread and how old are they? Have the axels been greased, bearings packed, do the lights work??

Bear in mind that this trailer has not been plated since 2012. It has sit in storage, next to no usage. Tire tread is good but I would replace them. This is not a new trailer with a new trailer price. It is made out of aluminum so it is not rotted wood or rusted steel. By adding tires you will have a great trailer. New trailers in this size run 8000 to 12000.
