Reveal Tactacam seems to be killin' it right now. I wouldn't say they're perfect; I wasn't impressed with their Customer Service call-back system, especially when you're not always in cell coverage to answer the phone, but they seem to be the industry leader right now.

Used covert wireless for 8 years and wouldn’t buy anything else. Easy app, good data plans and extremely good customer service.

Really enjoyed my RidgeTec for the last three years. Great customer service and they come with Verizon and AT&T SIMs.

RidgeTec is by far the most reliable and the owner has listened to us somewhat on making changes to the app.
Bushnell Cellucore is by far the best bang for the buck, but we've only had about a 70-80% success rate with the cameras.
If it was a camera I wasn't close to check went it was off line and a long distance from it, RidgTec 1000% is what I would use with an external 12V solar batter pack. We've had a couple of cameras run for 2-3 years and never had to touch it.
