If you have hog problems, trapping the entire sounder is a proven method to help reduce the numbers. It is believed that hogs get trap wary from the use of small traps that only can trap a few hogs at a time, therefore they can become difficult to catch. Deploying a large trap with realtime surveillance is a great way to avoid that problem. For her ag mechanics project this past year, our FFA kids constructed a large hog trap with all the features in mind. The construction of this trap includes: 7 large panels 90"long x 65"tall, 1 1/4" square tubing with hog panel welded to the panel frame. The panels are painted. The diameter of the entire trap is approximately 23'. Tactacam Reveal X Gen 2.0 trail camera - this will allow you to view the camera's activity/recordings real time, also works at night. Remote controlled gate: approx. 77.5" tall x 76" long, cellular activated straight from your phone, with 12v battery. You can literally trap hogs from anywhere you have a cell signal. The panels pin together with full length 5/8" sucker rod.
There is a lot of material and quality work in this great hog trap.
Possibilities are many with this set up, you can add/remove panels, add solar panel to maintain the 12v battery, purchase with a group to share over the years, purchase it all and start your own hog trapping business.
Viewing is available and so is delivery if needed. Have photos if interested. 4000$, located in Canton 903.920.6996
