his hat. Especially the flower. At the end, I can't help but imagine the pig thinkin' - "Whatcha' gonna do with that hatchet??" (I have no idea where, or what language this is. I assume it's in the south Pacific/southeast Asia.)

That pig sure relaxed quickly. I would have put the hatchet to work first thing.

That might work for a 25-pounder. Even if that snare could confine a 150-pounder I doubt the guy could deal with it with a freekin hatchet...but I've learned a thing or two in my life. Maybe someone will teach me no.3.

It looked more like he was catching a stray than a truly wild hog. Any boar on my lease would have made mincemeat out of both the trap and would be trapper. That said, the hat was classic.
