Marked one off my bucket list and went walleye fishing on a Great Lake (Huron) this past Friday. Water was pretty rough going out that morning but calmed down as the sun came up. Heading to New York State for the week and we have a VRBO right on a river . Owner said they have lots of walleye in the river but he’s not a fisherman. I’ve never fished for walleye in my life so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Lures ? Baits ? Any info ? Thanks

Op - nice haul. Good eating right there.
