We got 0.2" just east of Longview but a couple of mile to the north of us got over 4" in a very short time. I will say the lightening show was spectacular and the nice cool outflow from the rainstorm dropped the temperature close to 20°.
I will take what we can get in summer.

Wonder if our cool front will make it down to you all, we had rain yesterday/last night and it is in the 40's this morning.
Hope you all get some much needed rain and a cool down.

Probably not, high pressure supposed to move back in next week. Hotter, drier in the forecast. We head North end of next month.
