Needed corn for the feeder at the house, driving by Tractor supply so stopped and bought 2 bags.

Not complaining just no idea what feed is mixed in. Producer's Pride makes and bags lots of pellet feed.

Looks like typical protein pellets. If you're putting it in a spin feeder keep an eye on it for jams.

Yup I know about protein clogging up spin feeders and poorly made protein feeders as well.

It is an old 100lb Sweeney hanging feeder and really that much in the corn just thought it was definitely different. Dropped some to the backyard chickens and they ate the corn but not the protein and they are accustomed to the layer pellets. Figure the deer won't care. The feeder is about 75 yards from the back door so easy to keep an eye on it.

I got several bags of that corn from tractor supply in Childress and it was full of husks, chunks of corn cobs and even what looked like large range cubes. It’s constantly clogging my feeder. I had to dump it out and waste it all. I won’t be buying any more of that brand.

So, that was PRODUCER'S PRIDE?
