I just checked my game camera today 06-10-23 and have pictures of deer in velvet is this normal? South Texas Bee county.

My house deer are doing good for June and I saw two by the lake ( canyon) on Friday that we’re out just past there ears, the wet weather is really paying dividends it seems

We have several hanging around that are in velvet. Horns about 8 to 10" long right now. [Linked Image]
