It’s been awhile since we did breakfast for dinner so I had to share. First time doing the bacon twist thing and it came out amazing and added a lot of space in the oven. Highly recommend to try! Also I had no idea I bought a yellow watermelon or what that even was but tasted great and was nice and crispy. Got a lot of mushy reds last year. This also may be a new go to. Cheers
