They are usually very reluctant to do so if anybody else is on that line.
I couldn’t get them to temporarily disconnect power to a house I owned and a neighbors house so I could trim the tree before it rips the power pole off the house. They also wouldn’t trim the tree since it was in private property and not in their easement.

we had PEC disconnect our old meter loop from down in the bottom of a small valley and reconnect at the last pole up on top and then run 90° line about 150' over close to our barn. We had to clear 30 foot wide ground to sky to that existing pole, they dropped in 3 new poles and connected a new meter loop (we had to provide). It seemed silly expensive for what was done and only took them about 1/2 day.

Only for lines that serviced parts of my property. They'll do it but it's not cheap.I saved some money by hiring out a electrical contractor to set my new poles for me. The the power company came out and did their thing.

I'd have to look back at records to be totally sure, but the new meter loop was around $600-700 (from local ACE HW for approved PEC set up), PEC coming out to set the 3 new poles, run line from existing pole and setup / connect new meter loop was around $1800-1900 ... if memory serves me.

Mine was just shy of $4000, but my electric utility company sucks and overcharges for everything.

Just had four poles moved as they intersected a lake we are building. Oncor was happy to do so and experienced no issues with it

In Houston? I guess Center Point Energy? I have seen quotes for moving poles for about $1000 a pole, plus $1000 for the lines and $1000 for each guy wire and transformer. Then I have seen a "no-charge" for the same work. And Austin Energy you can use a multiple of 5x. It depends on the utility company, and the designer (engineer, tech or what ever they call themselves that day). If they have some old poles that need replaced sometimes you can get a break. Power companies are a monopoly, good luck.
