As predicted, once the sales drop (averaged 21% drop in April) was publicized to objectify their stupidity, the parent company of Bud Light has had a tumble the last few weeks. 10% drop just in May, on a near $130B market cap, meaning that’s almost another $13B that has dissolved from the company’s value.

I’m sure the $20 rebates on a $19 retail case will help, seeing as a case only costs them a few bucks. And now they’re buying back stale inventory from distributors.

The stupidity from Bud Light kicked off in the beginning of InBev’s Q2, so their next earnings report will be an interesting one. That’s where the real behind the scenes losses get exposed

It's an expensive lesson that affected many that had nothing to do with the nonsense of a few. The Bug Light brand will take years to recover. I sure hope other corporations are paying attention and take note that the average American is tired of this crap.

Agreed

7% of the population says they are part of LGBTQ group.

The other 93% is tired of seeing it.

There's a good Wall Street Journal article today detailing all of the things that Alissa Heinerscheid and the whole company did wrong since that whole promo. Essentially all sides are mad at Bud Light and InBev- Bud Light drinkers, InBev employees, distributors, conservatives, gays, trannies, etc. It's going to be a business school case study for years to come.

There is a web page that lists who makes what. In-bev is very diversified. Miller products, dosequis and fruity beers are about it.

The alphabet crowd got mad at them during a monthly sales review earlier this month and InBev didn’t mention them. They said they felt “abandoned”. People need to realize that there is just no making them happy

Dos Equis is part of Heineken and probably even more woke.

It's easy to look up a brand online and see who they are owned by. Takes just a few seconds.

Miller products you say? Well check this out:

Most companies have somewhat woke advertisements. Some, we simply ignore like Coke, Apple, Google, Facebook and still use.

I’m trying to find least woke tennis shoes right now. Beer, I have pretty much switched to Yeungling. Haven’t found a shiner that I like.

The bud light example, was taking it very far left and a hard lesson was learned.

I don't know their Woke Factor - given they are in Oregon and have a shoe that looks like the freak flag, but at least they're all hand made in USA...

you don't have to boycott every company, just a few and everyone will understand.

Maybe you don't. But I do. At least I try my best to avoid companies that don't align with me.
