 Smoked chicken breasts

Earlier this week my MIL brought over a bunch of meat to be smoked for today. I didn’t even open the bag until last night and discovered that she had brought boneless skinless chicken breasts that weigh about 1 pound each. Best part was they were still 95% frozen. Great. Decided to put them on the smoker and se what happens. Seasoned them with Chicka Chicka BoomBoom seasoning and smoked over a mix of left over oak, cherry, hickory, and pecan. About 2 hours later they were 150 degrees. Wrapped in foil and let them cool on the counter before placing in the fridge overnight. A quick pop in the oven while still wrapped in foil until the chill was knocked off, sliced and served. Holy smokes they were the best, most tender, juiciest chicken breasts I’ve ever had.
