Anyone have a new, redesigned Sierra? If so, what did you come from and how do you like the new truck?

I have a 2023 sierra 1500 with a diesel engine as a loaner. I am impressed, but these new trucks are just cars that look like trucks. Great gas mileage. I hailed horses with it and if did just fine. I don't get the huge display. It doesn't really display anything, but it does have 3 clocks.

I don’t get the cars that look like trucks. I guess they ride too good?

I bought mine right at a year ago, put about 15k miles on it. Old truck was a 2014 GMC All-Terrain with the 5.3. New one is an AT4 with the 6.2...it will roll pretty good for a truck. I love it. The new tech is really nice, especially all of the cameras and the big screen.

Came from a 2017 2500 Denali diesel into a 2022 1500 AT4 with the 3.0 diesel. Tows great and the fuel mileage is impressive. Had almost a year and still waiting on parking sensors, so there's that.

I don't get the whole 'tech' thing in trucks (or really cars for that matter), especially when it adds $30k to the bottom line.

I have a 2020 GMC SLT 3.0 diesel with 77K miles. I have averaged 27.8 mpg and it rides like a dream.

Just my 2 cents.

We have that motor in an all wheel drive 2014 Yukon Denali. Prolly keep it forever, great engine.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

The ugly grows on you but she will never leave you stranded on the side of the road.

Compared to? A domestic manufacturer? That’s a joke.

My buddy bought one new that broke down on the way home from the dealer.

Toyota is nothing special. It's a niche market.
