We worked our butts off today, and completely missed lunch. Burgers sounded great, and managed meat, w/ white sharp cheddar, onions, bacon, L&T, and condiments. Those Ore-Ida potato crowns are addicting. Yes, I'm full now!!

Omigosh. The sun won't be up for another half hour and I am already jonesing for bacon sliders and Ore Ida taters!

Had the sliders last night and got so preoccupied with them that I forget about the Ore-Ida taters. Will rectify this glaring omission with round two this evening.

OK, this was round three; a pound of burger makes up into six nice slider patties, and I had two sliders three nights in a row, and every bite was delicious! Thanks Mr. Blank for the inspiration.

Passable to very good sweet corn available here in Texas pretty much 12 months out of the year. Trade you some January sweet corn for some Pacific Northwest microbrews ...

I ran across the slider photo on my phone and simply have to have these tonight. It has been 10 months and they are way overdue on the menu!

Being down here in AZ for the winter has been eye opening!! Really sweet onions from Mexico, and avocados that will stay ripe more than 4 hours 27 minutes before turning black (like Idaho). If there is a Heaven for cooks, it will be like the Rio Grande valley, Hatch NM, or southern AZ with year round produce!!!
